Bank Care Assistant - Days

Care home: Westwood

Hours: 7:00am-14:30pm or 14:30pm-22:00pm

Experience / Qualification:

Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
QCF/NVQ 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care preferred or a willingness to work towards this

Summary

Nursery Nurse
Salary: £11.50 to £12.00 per hour
Working Hours: Tempory
Shift times: 7:30am - 6:00pm (Long days, Early, Late, Mid-shifts Available)

Social Care & Education are currently looking for Nursey Nurses to join us, working within our clients Nurseries based in Coventry CV5 and CV8. We would like our staff to be friendly, upbeat, and personable.

We are looking for Nursery Nurses with enthusiasm and a real commitment to help us strive to achieve the best possible support for the Nurseries we work with.
If you have experience working within a nursery setting and hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in early Years, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members
- Plan and implement engaging activities to support children's development
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- Lead and manage a team of nursery assistants
- Drive continuous improvement in childcare practices
- Experience in caring for and interacting with children
- Proficient in English language
- Childcare qualification or relevant experience in a nursery setting
